6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

7. Returns & Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to
request a return.
Items must be:
– Unworn
– In original condition
– With tags attached

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

 

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
